Release Day Announcement

Every story has a beginning.
This one had to grow into its full shape.

On February 18, 2022, Roswell: First Contact was released—
a story told through Malcolm Dow, uncovering the truth behind Roswell and ending with the first appearance of General Jones.

Since then, the world expanded.

Now, on February 18, 2026, two fully revised releases bring everything into alignment:

✨ From Roswell to Area 51 (2nd Edition) — now told in full chronological order
✨ Earth’s Secret Alliance: Vol. 1 – The Novella Collection — synchronized across every storyline

What’s changed:

The timeline is fully chronological from start to finish
All editions are now synchronized with the rest of Vol. 1
Characters and arcs introduced later are now woven seamlessly into the larger story
The foundation is set for everything that follows

Same universe. Same release date.
But now, the story finally unfolds the way it was always meant to.

What I Mean by “Dark”

When I use the word dark, I don’t mean depressing, graphic, or hopeless.

Life has its ups and downs. Bad things happen. If they didn’t, it would make life and stories very boring—and there would be nothing to learn from them.

In Vol. 1, I deliberately avoided deeply depressing situations. But as the series grew, I had to ask myself an honest question: Would I rather see worst-case scenarios play out in real life… or explore them safely in a story, where people can learn, reflect, and find hope?

I started writing during a time when so many stories leaned into worst case after worst case. Even shows known for optimism—Star Trek, included—became quite literally darker in tone and lighting. That kind of storytelling can be compelling for a while, but eventually it becomes predictable and exhausting.

That’s not what I’m aiming for.

In Vol. 2, difficult things will happen. Sometimes the story will brush up against a worst-case scenario—but it will never be excessive, and it will never be without hope. I’m not seeking darkness for its own sake, and I’m not chasing shock value. I’m simply no longer avoiding hard moments when the story calls for them.

I write from the heart. I always have. And this is where the story is leading.

But don’t worry, nobody is going to have nightmares from it. 😉
