I’m thrilled to announce that Charlie’s Big Chance has been named a Semi-Finalist in the Creative Screenwriting Animation Screenplay Competition!
Charlie is a determined twelve-year-old reporter in a wheelchair who refuses to let adults, bullies—or even an alien conspiracy—decide what she is capable of. Seeing her story recognized in an animation competition is especially meaningful because I have always believed her adventure could reach young audiences both on the page and on the screen.
Thank you to everyone who has encouraged Charlie and supported Earth’s Secret Alliance. Every read, watch, comment, and share helps bring this world one step closer to the screen.
📚 A side note for teachers, librarians, homeschool educators, and adult book-club or reading-group leaders: I’m developing a Study Edition of the Earth’s Secret Alliance series.
